At BISF we follow a rigorous selection process, recruiting the pick of applicants that meet our parameters with regard to age, physical fitness and background, Recruits are inducted only after they pass the detailed and stringent background checks on their service records.
Once the selection process is completed, the process of intensive training begins. This is mandatory for every recruit, to ensure that our force is fir and ready to carry out its task to perfection. All our recruits are given basic security training including guarding skills, rudiments of First-Aid, Fire Fighting and self-defense. Even after deployment our security force is required to undergo periodic training to enhance existing skills and keep them in peak form.
